ABOUT SITE MEMBERSHIP:


WXB102 welcomes all who have joined the site as a member.  Being a member of the site will help us keep in touch and will speed up news and updates for you about the Station That Dares To Be Different.


Everybody's welcome to join, but we would like to make it clear that this is NOT the same as being a member of the 102Club. We do encourage all to join the 102Club by writing to wxb102club@yahoo.com .  


You may notice different levels of membership are available in this site.  Moderators are allowed to post blogs, news events, articles and calendar events.


For those who have membership to the site but don't want email notices from us, you may change your settings by logging in and editing your profile under "notification preferences" and choose "Never."

WXB 102 bakit hindi ka mawaglit sa isip ko? Bakit ka parang ako na malakas ang appeal ?(LOL)

Hi there! Its only now that I get to go online after that wonderful WXB 102 club party. I was wondering if I can make a little comment on the party (all in good intentions). As you can see we have been an avid fan of the station since it all started in the 80's and have been to all if not most of your parties from Sneak Attack onwards. I was thinking, i think it would be better if you can title your party to something WXB 102 is known for...something really new wave or gothic just like before. And also during the party we noticed that when you held the mic and uttered the words "this is 102 music" people went wild...it was really like the blast from the past. If you do this more often, I think it would be much memorable like playing a mike francis music and after a few sec, you will stop Mike Francis music in an unexpected manner like pulling the needle (just like what you did way back) then play a music XB is known for...i am sure it will be a hit. And most of all, if there will be presence of well known artist and personalities on parties like these (e.g. cool karla, jack sikat of ethnic faces, the dawn and others) surely...it will not be forgotten.

Lastly, we miss the mobile and bands all in one party...if you guys can assemble a party like this, it will be the best party of the century for no one is doing this now. Again, it will be different.
